Full length, unisex parka in blue
Water resistant
Polar fleece lining
Inside goggle pocket
100% Nylon twill
100% Poly fleece liner
Sizing chart attached
Swimmer name in yellow script stitched on front "CGBD" letters in yellow
with white backing appliquéd on back
Cost:  Adult sizes:  $110
         Youth sizes:  $120 (yes, the youth sizes are more expensive.)
Orders need to be place by Saturday, October 31st.  We are hoping to have
them back in time to had out prior to the November meet.  If you wish to
place an order, e-mail the person representing your swimmers practice
location, and provide the following information:

Name of family
Phone and e-mail address
Size(s) needed.  IMPORTANT, please specify if you are ordering a "Youth" or
"Adult" size Name of swimmer as it should appear on the front of the Parka
(please make sure to specify the names correctly if ordering more than one).

Payment must be provided prior to October 31st deadline.  Make checks
payable to "Blue Dolphins Booster Club" and give them to your location
representative.  We cannot charge your Coast Guard account, sorry.
