Educaton Days

CGBD will be introducing team wide education days.  These will be done periodically at each pool.  They are open to all swimmers and parents that are at that pool, regardless of group.  On this page we will post dates, times, and locations for the talks.  Afterwards we will get the notes and/or power points posted to this page.  We are excited about expanding our educational opportunities. 
CGBD is putting on it's first Education Day for the 2011-2012 season.  The first topic will be "Choices".  This is a presentation by Coach Amy McMullen, who is also a Commonwealth Attorney in Hampton.  It is geared towards making kids think about the choices they make in and out of the pool.  This topic is geared more towards our Age Group and above swimmers but is open for all.
