Welcome all new and returning Junior swimmers to another exciting swim season. My biggest goal for the year is to build a TEAM atmosphere at practice and meets. Champions do not win on their own, TEAMS create champions and TEAMS WIN championships. I'm asking for everyone’s help (swimmers and parents) in promoting this TEAM and WINNING mentality and making CGBD the best TEAM in the state. .
