Coaches Notes:
 Championships are right around the corner.   We've worked hard all year to prep for these meets.  We will spend time reinforcing starts, turns and finishes over the next week.  Let's get excited for District and Regions Champs.

    Get lots of rest and eat healthy snacks like pasta, trail mix and fruit.  Don't forget to stay hydrated. 

   Make sure to sign-up for the rescheduled pizza psych party and to order your championship t-shirts.

     Go CGBD!!!
