Coaches Notes:

    The prep group has put in an amazing two weeks of work following the first meet.  We have had lots of swimmers sick but seem to be on the rebound.  The group has been working on a variety of skills including 500 pace, 400 IM pace and has been really focusing on turns and finishes.  The preps have done two test sets both longer free sets to test both endurance and speed.  The Ironman winners at each pool were:  MAC Peyton B and Jillian B, WM Margaret W, Gracie L, Jenna Band Jessica B, and CG base Justin U.  We will do a set to test speed in their best odd next week.  

    Please note that the December meets are fast approaching.  If you have a question on which meet you or your swimmer should swim in please contact me or your site coach.
