Coaches Notes:     11/5/2009

Hey all,

We have had a very good week of practices.  We are doing much better at figuring out the send offs on some of our more complicated sets!  The first meet was fantastic.  Many lifetime best times and seasonal best times.  We need to be better with our walls at the next meet.

Remember to sign up for your meets.  There will be another 8&U meet on the 7th at FEAC.  If you can stay for a little and cheer on the little guys, it would be appreciated.  We are hosting another 8&U meet in January and would appreciate any swimmers that can stay and help work at that meet.

Our next outing will be Bowling on the 20th of this month.  There will be a Christmas Party for the team in December.  I would like to set up an activity for one of the days after practice during the Holiday Training.  Start thinking about what you want to do.

We've had a couple of test sets since my last update.  I've included them below.
