Welcome to the Coast Guard Blue Dolphins 2011-2012Swim Team Registraion Page. 

Please start by selecting the group that your swimmer will be participating in.  This will take you to a form to fill out online and once you submit the form you will be able to download additional forms that must be filled out and returned.  You must also print, sign, and return your e-mail confirmation, as this also will serve as your swimmer emergency medical release.
