HS Group Renewal Form

Use this form to renew for Session 2 or Session 3 of the 2011-2012 Season of the CGBD HS Program.  (Currently only Session 2 is available)

Renewal fee is $375 and must be paid no later than the week prior to the start of the session.  This fee can be mailed to the office or paid through PayPal by using the link provided on the confirmation page.
